British 7.2" Howitzer stl on Wargaming 3D

The 7.2″ howitzer was Britain’s main heavy gun throughout WWII. This model shows it on its early carriage, inherited from its previous WWI incarnation as the 8″ howitzer — it was later put on the four-wheeled split-trail carriage from the US 155mm “Long Tom”, which was better able to control the massive recoil of the charges used.
