Empress minis has released another set of preview pictures for their forthcoming British para KS. These figures heavily researched figures based on the defenders of Arnhem a few days into the operation.
The latest sculpts include a 6 pdr gun crew, two men pushing the airborne hand trolley, and character group. Amongst the character group is one soldier using the Patchett Machine Carbine Mk 1. The Patchett was the original name for what became know, post war, as the Sterling SMG. Approximately 100 were issued to airborne troops before the operation as a test.
This range looks like it is going to be extensive and very dynamic. Key an eye out for the KS in February the New Year.
