Allen's Corner has released an stl for the vickers-Armstrong 40 mm Mitrailleur (aka 2pdr Pom-Pom). This gun is probably best know for is use in multiple Pom-Pom AA mounts, however the British also used single pedestal mounts for smaller 'naval trawlers' and 'armed yachts' in the early war period and the single mount. The single mount made a return in later war on larger ships as after it was determined that the 20mm Orelikon lacked the stopping power to shot down kamikaze aircraft. The gun was also used by the Japanese as the 40 mm/62 "HI" Shiki, and the Italian Navy also used it throughout World War II. Allen's Corner is offering both a resin print version and a free FDM version.
