Butlers Printed Models is now offering models for the German single and twin barrelled 12.8 cm Flakzwilling 40 AA gun. While these massive 128mm Flak guns are not currently included in BA they would make for some amazing looking terrain or - if you really want to add one to your Army - the single barrelled gun could (as long as your opponent or TO agrees) be used as a 'counts as' PAK 44 (given it is the same calibre gun).
