Bolt Action technically doesn't use planes in gameplay, but planes can make very visually striking terrain on the table or as an airstrike marker. However, there are not many 1/56 (28mm) planes currently available with most players using 1/48 kits. To fill this gap, there is currently a Kickstarter running for 28mm Soviet and German planes stls. The KS offers a nice selection of fighter and transport planes, and they appear to come with both wheels up and wheels down versions (for terrain). As with all KS and stls, buyer beware. These look like advanced models that will require some printing experience.
