In case you have been living under a rock - we got a wave of v3 leaks this weekend from US V3 play testers whose NDAS have apparently expired (so technically not leaks). This info has been spread across various discord and facebook groups. There are too many leaks to set out in this posts, but the Juggernaut crew has done a podcast which covers the new info - although be warned, they are somewhat negative about the changes so you might want to wait for a more positive take?
